WHO ARE WE?

Freda Isingoma is an investment banking professional and entrepreneur who has worked in multinational and leading investment institutions in the UK, US and South Africa. In 2009, she launched Eyecandy Brows, a specialist brow bar concept which grew to over 20 branches across South Africa. Freda has been collecting art from Africa and the Diaspora for over 20 years and in 2018 she founded KIISA to provide innovative investment and impact solutions that drive the growth, visibility, knowledge, and sustainability of the African and Diaspora art ecosystem.

More recently, Freda joined an award-winning team at Octopus Investments as a Fund Manager specialising in investment in UK listed small companies, primarily managing the Octopus AIM Venture Capital Trusts. Octopus Investments is the UK’s largest Venture Capital firm and one of the most active in Europe.

 

KIISA works closely with an experienced team of art, investment and project management professionals across Africa and the diaspora with a depth of experience in art collecting, curating, art research/provenance, investment strategy, marketing, brand building and financial operations + administration.
